• Completed engineering degree in physical technology at the Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences.
  
  
• Since 1990 in responsible positions in manufacturing and IT companies. 
  
  
• Many years of SME experience in corporate development, change management, projects with teams, digital innovation and digital business.
  
  
• Private studies on digitization led to the founding of  Tolksdorf.digital.
